BookCourse is a booking platform for SIA security, construction (CSCS, CPCS and forklift) and first aid courses. We partner with training centres across East and South West London, Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester, and there are new start dates every week.
We do not run, teach or assess the courses ourselves. We are the link between you and the training centre:
Every course we list leads to something employers ask for: an SIA licence, a CSCS or CPCS card, an RTITB forklift certificate or a recognised first aid certificate. If a course does not help you get or keep a job, we do not list it.
Most learners train around shifts and family. That is why there are weekday and weekend dates, why construction courses start on a Saturday, and why most courses let you hold your place with a deposit and pay the balance at the centre on your first morning. The centres are open on bank holidays and close only on Christmas Day.
Choose your course, centre and date, and pay online: the deposit, or the full fee for a course that is paid in full. Would rather book by phone? Call us and we will email you a secure payment link. We never take card details over the phone. Companies can book places for their staff and pay the full amount by invoice.
You get confirmation by email with joining instructions and a list of what to bring. If your plans change, moving your date is free when you tell us seven days or more before the course starts. Our refund policy sets out the details.
Passing the course is not the finish line. Results normally take two to three weeks, though delays at the awarding bodies can make it longer. We tell you how to apply for your licence or card, what it costs and how long it usually takes, and we answer the phone if you get stuck. Call us on 020 8050 4108. Our partner centres in London are in Stratford, Bethnal Green, Forest Gate, Aldgate, Whitechapel, Canary Wharf and Battersea, with construction courses in Bethnal Green, Whitechapel, Barking and Uxbridge. Outside London there are partner centres in Birmingham, Liverpool and Manchester.
