This policy explains when you can get a refund, return or change your booking with BookCourse. It applies to every booking, whether you book on our website or call or email us and pay through a secure payment link, and it forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
Most courses are reserved with a deposit, shown on the course page and at checkout, and you pay the balance at the centre on day one. Some courses are paid in full when you book, and the course page and checkout always show what you pay today.
If you have paid more than the deposit, you can request a refund within 24 hours of booking.
Date changes are not refunds. Your payment is moved to the new date.
No refund is given if you:
To train on another date, you will need to rebook and pay in full.
Online courses linked from our website are sold by our partners, London Security College and London Construction College, and their own refund terms apply.
BookCourse sells training courses, not physical goods, so there are no items to send back. Course materials and certificates cannot be returned for a refund.
If a certificate you receive has a mistake that we caused, contact us and we will arrange a free correction. Replacement certificates for any other reason cost £50.
Course fees are not refunded if you do not pass an exam or assessment. SIA resits cost £50 per unit. Construction resits have no flat fee, as each one has its own price, so please ask us.
In the unlikely event that we cancel your course, you can choose another date or receive a full refund of the fees you have paid.
If we need to move your course to a different centre, we will tell you at least 24 hours before it starts. If the new centre is not suitable for you, please contact us to discuss another date.

Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to reach your account.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
