SIA Door Supervisor Course in Stratford

The SIA Door Supervisor course in Stratford runs over seven days, Monday to Sunday, from 9am to 6pm, at our partner centre next to Stratford station. Emergency First Aid is included, and you take all of your exams at the centre.

Stratford's security jobs start on your doorstep

Westfield Stratford City needs security staff seven days a week. The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park hosts football, concerts and big events, and the London Stadium, the Copper Box and the venues around them all need door and event staff. International Quarter London and the new offices nearby add corporate security.

What the course covers

You study the four SIA units for door supervisors: working in the private security industry, the door supervisor role, conflict management and physical intervention. Emergency First Aid is part of the course too, taught as a half-day session in the first half of day one, so you finish with every certificate the SIA asks for. Attendance is required for every session.

Who can book

You need to be 18 or over with the right to work in the UK. No experience is needed. On day one, bring photo ID and two proofs of address dated within the last three months.

Train for two licences in one booking

If you would like to work in a control room as well, the Door Supervisor and CCTV bundle in Stratford adds three days of CCTV training straight after this course. It costs less than booking the two separately.
